This role will provide you with the opportunity to utilise your skills in the area of Information Management to facilitate in the provision and maintenance of an accurate and accessible information management system.

What You’ll Be Working On
Your day to day will involve the registration of digital council business correspondence, email and web requests into our Document Management System, according to protocols, with regards to Council's management plans MOSPLAN, State Records legislation and Council's electronic corporate document management system.
You will provide a high level of professional, timely and ethical service to internal and external customers determining customer needs, investigating and proposing innovative solutions and ensuring needs are met quickly.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
To be successful in this role you will hold a degree or diploma in records and information management or a lesser qualification with minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
You will demonstrate the ability to record and maintain accurate information within EDRM or similar records management systems in accordance with organisational procedures and protocols.
