  • Total package from $110,534 to $134,633 pa incl. super, 35 hours per week

What You’ll Be Working On

As Team Leader Community Care you will lead a passionate team delivering CHSP and other vital community care services.

You'll oversee service delivery, compliance, and stakeholder engagement, while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

This is a key leadership role supporting sector reforms and enhancing outcomes for older people and vulnerable community members.

 

What You’ll Bring to the Role

Mosman Council is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader Community Care to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of our CHSP and related community care services. You will have a strategic mindset, excellent communications skills and a commitment to community wellbeing.

You will play a key role in shaping and implementing services that support the wellbeing, inclusion, and independence of older people and people with a disability in Mosman and beyond.

To be successful in this role, you will have tertiary qualifications in Community Development or Human Services (Social Work, Psychology, Community Services etc.) and demonstrated experience and understanding of CHSP services and NDIS requirements.

With a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role you will have strong leadership and management experience in community services, aged services, or a related field.

This position is subject to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check undertaken by Council.
