  • Total package for 21 hrs/week $42,626 to $53,558 pa plus superannuation

This role offers the opportunity to apply your recruitment, selection, and onboarding expertise to coordinate end-to-end recruitment and support hiring managers throughout the process.

What You’ll Be Working On 

You’ll play a key role in coordinating smooth end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new employees. You’ll be working closely with hiring managers and assist with requisition process, drafting and posting advertisements, coordinating interviews, pre-employment checks, and appointment documentation.

You’ll be trusted with owning onboarding and offboarding processes and their timely completions.

You will ensure accurate and compliant employment records and systems.

Additionally, you will assist with other employee life-cycle areas, such as learning and development, People and Culture projects, initiatives and events.

 

What You’ll Bring to the Role 

You hold tertiary qualifications in human resources, industrial relations or a related discipline, supported by 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role.

You’re known for your strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, accountability, and commitment to handling sensitive information with care and confidentiality.

You are approachable, tech savvy, and comfortable learning new systems and processes.
