  • Total package from $84,862 to $105,554 pa plus super, travel support, 35 hours per week

What You’ll Be Working On  

You will provide high level customer experience at Council’s Customer Experience area and Contact Centre on a rotating basis, promoting them as the focal points of contact for resolution of customer enquiries.

You will lead the day to day operations in the Customer Experience area including supervision and support of the Customer Experience Officers and assist with the operations of the Venue Hire area.

What You’ll Bring to the Role 

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in delivering quality customer service and contact operations.

You will have had experience and have the ability to undertake financial transactions, end of day reconciliation procedures, office administration duties and reporting.

With excellent communication, conflict resolution, negotiation and problem solving skills, with the confidence and ability to deal with difficult customers.
