This role will provide you with the opportunity to utilise your excellent front-of-house customer service skills to support the Art Gallery and Community Centre and its customers.

What You’ll Be Working On
In this varied role you will provide excellent front-of-house customer service and information services to Art Gallery and Community Centre users and clients as well participate in public promotions and design work.
You will provide assistance to ensure seamless operations of the Art Gallery and Community Centre utilising a range of systems, including those supporting memberships, venue hire and event bookings and promotion of the Art Gallery and Community Centre.
You will also be responsible for compilation of e-newsletters, setting up venue spaces and assisting with special events.

What You’ll Bring to the Role
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated commitment to and experience in providing exceptional customer service, and good interpersonal and written communication skills including conflict resolution and negotiation.
You will have two years’ relevant work experience in an administrative role or similar.
Your flexibility and willingness to undertake a wide variety of tasks and ability to juggle multiple priorities, plan, organise work and collaborate with the Cultural Services team will further contribute to your success in the role.
Our ideal candidate will also possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word and be tech savvy.
You will have a valid first aid certificate or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
